Safer and Supportive Salisbury is looking for a voluntary Treasurer who will be prepared to join our small Board (of 6) as a Trustee. Trustee meetings are roughly 6 weekly – so about 6 a year. We only achieved charitable status a year ago, so need help with getting our finances properly established. Ideally, we would like the Treasurer to attend some if not all of our Network meetings (4 a year) and to oversee our financial affairs. Our ideal Treasurer will have knowledge and experience of current and fundraising finance practice relevant to charities registered in England and Wales. They will have good knowledge of bookkeeping and financial management and good financial analysis skills. A full job description is available on request.
