As we emerge from the pandemic people’s mental health is top of the agenda for everyone: an event in Salisbury’s Guildhall on 5 April will feature around 25 stalls from people and groups in the city that can provide help.

“Salisbury is blessed with lots of organisations working together to support people with groups or activities to help people with mental health worries,” says Safer and Supportive Salisbury Chair Anne Trevett. “Whether it is specialist help, exercise, crafts or just coffee and conversation, there will lots for Salisbury people to try. And there will be a chance to find out about Camerados, a new kind of friendship group that we hope to start in the city.”

As well as the stalls there will be a chance to try out Silent Disco and Kirstie will be doing a Zumba class.

The Showcase event is open from 9.30am to 1pm on Market Day Tuesday 5 April and entry is free, with everyone welcome.
